Quality Assurance Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality standards of our real estate crowdfunding platform. You'll be responsible for testing, identifying bugs, and working closely with the development team to deliver a flawless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web applications
  • Perform manual and automated testing of new features and bug fixes
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)

Legal Assistant

We're seeking a proactive Legal Assistant to support our legal and compliance team. You'll assist with contract management, regulatory compliance, and due diligence processes for real estate investment projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts
  • Support due diligence processes for new real estate projects
  • Help maintain compliance with financial regulations (including crowdfunding regulations)
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and UAE
  • Manage legal document filing systems and databases
  • Prepare reports and summaries on legal matters for management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a legal role (law firm or in-house)
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with real estate or financial services law
  • Knowledge of EU crowdfunding regulations (ECSP)
  • Additional language skills (Latvian, Estonian, Russian, or Arabic)
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management tools
